For me. I think I always thought healthy meant, like, you're on the go. You're doing all these things. You're you're moving and grooving. Like, you're you've got a million friends. You're so on the social circle, and I feel like I'm rewriting my own, like, definition of what, like, healthy and mindful is. Yeah. And I feel like that's, like, the journey I'm on right now. You know, I'm gonna ask. What? What's the definition to health to you? As a health coach, and what is the definition of mindful? Health and mindful. Oh, god. They're re being redefined every single day. I feel like, but I I I mean, because they're going to change. It's gonna continue to evolve. But, like, healthy means that I think when throughout your day, you're mindful of what your body needs to fuel it to make it run. Like, it it's like a little engine. I kinda think of it as, like, instead of doing all these things and, like, making a to do list and making a list of, like, I gotta work out and I gotta have tea and I gotta also have my supplements and I gotta, you know, all these things you have to do. Yeah. Like, how do you just feel your body? And give it what it means so that it can run today. It can run tomorrow. It can run the next day. And with that, life throws you freaking curve balls. Every day? You're not gonna be able to work out. You're gonna have hit the fan. You're gonna go through grief. You're going to lose people. You're going to have high stress situations. How can my body be set up for success? Yeah. Anything that life throws at it, that's health. Right? Yeah. So it's treating your body in the inside first. It's, stop caring so much about the external and start caring about the internal first because I always say this, why the hell do we care so much about how we look if they engine and the inside is not gonna get us to the finish line anyway. And when you feel good, you look good. Yeah. No matter what you look like. Exactly. So that's health in a nutshell. I mean, like, I live and breathe it, although not everything I talk about is health, obviously, health related, but, like, It's all what is it called, in moderation? Yeah. Exactly. But my therapist had taught me this, and I feel like I've talked to you guys about this. Uh-uh. What are they doing? My animals doing something out there? Okay. Good. Hey, Kate. Anyhoo, so they have been friends for years. Andrew's actually even in our wedding. That's how close they are. And we have okay, so a lot of different things. He's known online as Stock Market Wolf. If you follow Raphael and I for quite some time, then you've seen him there. I love Andrew, obviously, past the personal side. He is so good at he's, again, the financial world. And males versus females, just in general, it's it's a very broad gap. It's a very large gap. Mhmm. And Andrew does a very good job at articulating to not only newbies, but also anybody out there. We get a lot of finance questions, Raphael gets them a lot, and we have learned everything we as in Raphael has learned everything from Andrew, So I figured while we're out in here in California, we're gonna sit down with him. We've been talking about doing this forever. And past that, obviously, if you guys have listened to him too for quite some time, the vulnerability is very important to me, and Andrew has gotten to where he is today because of what he's gone through, and I think that's really with everyone in life. So, Juan, I just wanna open you up there. I want you to share your story line. We're at Andrew's house today, so if you hear a lot of noises. He's got some babies and some puppies. So but it's so normal. We I say that for everyone. That's Yeah. That's We're all human too. We all have animals and children. So Yeah. Okay. So I want you to share a little bit about your background, who you are, what you got like, where you came from, all the fun stuff. You just have such a beautiful story line. And, again, it's driven you to the life that you're living today, and I think a lot of people are inspired by that and are learning from it. So Sure. So I guess where it all really started for me was back in high school. Both Rafael and I went to, Saint Bonaventure High, which was, at that time, I think, like, within the top 25 in the nation for football. And so as we were playing football, I learned a lot about the championship mindset of, like, what it takes to be a champion, not only on the field, but off the field.

Like, weed is like a bud that you can smoke, but there's THC. That's, like, the what gets you high. Right? Yeah. THC is what gets you high, but it's like an oil, and they take the oil off, and they put it in, like, you can get like a brownie or cookies, like it's basically like an oil that you can cook with, or like people are turning it into like candies. But it's like the government sells it. So I feel safe because I'm like, they're not gonna poison all maybe they will, but I mean, there's things that they would poison us in Correct. With everything else. So whatever. So basically, it's weed, but you don't have to smoke it. I am not a smoker. I've never actually really liked weed. It's always freaked me out because I just felt like it was so illegal, like, as kids, you know, like, it was so illegal back in the day. Like, you would get locked up for weed. So I was always terrified of it. And now when my dad died, one of my people in my circle was like, here, try because I couldn't sleep. They were like, here, try this. And then that's how I got on a fan of it. And honestly, it's just like, I feel like it's healthy. Not healthy. Like, obviously, nothing that we do in life is healthy. All we need to do is drink water and fucking hide. That's health. But where was I going with this? It's whatever. Okay. Next question. Is the d fire? No. That was not that.
